ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means the manufacturer designs and develops a product based on the buyer's specifications or concept. The buyer owns the final product design and brand, while the ODM factory handles engineering, prototyping, testing, and mass production. It differs from OEM, where the buyer provides a complete design and the factory just produces it.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means you supply a complete design and the factory manufactures it to your specification. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means the factory develops or co-develops the product design based on your requirements or concept. In an ODM engagement, the factory contributes engineering expertise — you provide the brief, we provide the solution.

You can start with just a brief or concept — detailed technical drawings are not required upfront. If you have them, DXF, STEP, IGES, or PDF files all work. For new concepts, a written spec sheet, reference product, or even hand sketches are enough to kick off a feasibility review. We will develop the engineering drawings in-house.

We accept wholesale trial orders from just 2 pcs, and custom logo / private-label orders from 50 pcs, for existing designs. For modifications to existing platform designs (color, connector, mounting angle), flexible MOQ applies. For full custom ODM (new tooling), MOQ starts at 500 units. Prototype/sampling runs are available before committing to mass production.

Sampling takes 2–3 weeks after design confirmation. Mass production is 4–6 weeks after sample approval. Total timeline from brief to first shipment is typically 6–9 weeks for a standard product. Complex products with custom tooling may take longer.

Yes, we sign a full NDA before any project details are shared. Your design concepts, specifications, and business information are kept strictly confidential. We do not share client designs with third parties or produce identical products for competing brands.
